Who we are

Source is a management and staffing firm located in Metro Atlanta that works exclusively within the healthcare field, primarily in the secondary school setting. Source manages the contractual obligations our partner, Northside Hospital Orthopedic Institute of Sports Medicine set. The contracts in conjunction with Northside Hospital include metro-Atlanta high schools, an NAIA college, and club and sports organizations. Source currently manages 85 full-time and 40+ part-time Certified Athletic Trainers working within 43 settings across six counties (Cherokee, Cobb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, and Pickens).

Our Story

In 2016, Source began its partnership with Northside Hospital with athletic trainers serving within three flagship secondary schools; Milton, Roswell, and Cambridge. Since then, Source has grown each subsequent year exponentially. During that time, Source has expanded to multiple counties and brokered deals with various community outreach organizations, leagues, and club teams to provide an athletic-centric healthcare model serving the needs of those organizations.

Source competes in a fragmented market and has garnered the trust and loyalty of leadership within each setting where we employ athletic trainers and provide healthcare solutions. Source looks to continue to enhance and strengthen the vital Athletic Training services offered to each of our partner sites in conjunction with Northside Hospital. Additionally, we continually evaluate new partnerships to grow accessibility within the region and state to athlete healthcare, engaging stakeholders in bolstering the quality of their organizations.

Source is dedicated to the growth and development of athletic trainers and the profession, reflected in our commitment to committee work geared to the ground-level needs of our staff. Education, Quality Improvement, Onboarding, Employee Experience, Student Development, Performance Enhancement, and Mental Health are all areas our staff works in to raise the standard of care available to our patients.
